My name is Marta, creator of this life project that sept by setp, with great love and enthusiasm has been brewing.
I was born in Zaragoza 40 years ago, although my concern for traveling and my way of being made me fly out of the nest and discover new worlds 20 years ago.
The university of life that taught me the most and keeps teaching me to day is to travel, to know different countries, cultures, languages and people.
The teaching of yoga causally crossed my path twelve years ago and since then we have shared life and we are intimate and good friends. I have done different yoga courses, retreats and seminars with different teachers, in Spain and India.
When people ask me what is yoga, I answer what is much deeper than a beautiful posture, it is a big philosophy of life; how you act, how you think, how you behave with yourself and those around you, with your family and friends, how you eat, how you talk and listen, how you walk, and even how you open and close a door.
After completing the 5 years of Hatha Yoga training in Spain, I knew it was time to start a new stage and put into practice all that I learned, combining yoga with life experiences.
Since I was very young I worked with all kinds of people (congress hostess, tourist entertainer, public relations, waitress in London, Barcelona, Formentera, collaborator in rural houses and alternative travel agencies), which allows me today to have an ability to relate to all kinds of people, regardless of their race and condition.
The yoga retreats that I carry out today are a huge gift, a time of enjoyment, of sharing, of learning, of creating, of laughing and crying, of healing, of giving and receiving and of meeting wonderful people from all over the world.
One of my great passions is to travel with my backpack, especially India & Nepal, countries where I spend long periods training in yoga, soaking in the magic of their cultures, and helping the planet.
Another great passions and that every day I like more is to cook healthy. The kitchen is pure alchemy, a world full of possibilities and maximum creativity. My diet is ovo-dairy-vegetarian for 12 years. I am the person who cooks at yoga retreats, and also punctually for other groups. I have been lucky to surround myself and train with great alchemists: Macrobiotics with Clara Castellote (Formentera), Raw Food with Javier Medvedovsky (Barcelona), Vegetarian / Vegan Cuisine El Bindu Restaurant (Igualada) and La Retama Restaurant (Zaragoza).
